Events Policy

We are very concerned about your security.  Therefore, for security considerations and planning purposes, especially for planning food, refreshments, handout materials etc. we ask you to follow these guidelines.

Register

  • Register for any event, i.e. High Holidays, Sukkot etc. that you plan to attend.
  • Plan to arrive before the specified time.
  • Unregistered people will be asked to step aside for a specified time.
  • People are late for a myriad of reasons. We will allow 20 minutes for those registered to arrive.
  • At the specified time, unregistered people will be admitted according to their order of arrival. Any registered people who come after the specified time will be deemed to have given up their seats and would be treated the same as an unregistered person.
  • You may cancel with a full refund within 7 days of the event otherwise the fee will be considered a donation.  This is to help cover the caterers and our facilities costs.
  • In the special case of a registered seat that is not claimed in time and is given to an unregistered attendee, then the person who registered (and paid) should receive a complete refund and, of course, the unregistered attendee who receives the seat should pay for it.
  • An unregistered attendee would mean the possibility not receiving any food or refreshments, and not receiving any handout materials after exhausting the limited amount of reserve handouts.
